Out of all the cookies I bake, my daughter Danielle's favorite cookie is the Special Thumbprint Cookie. They are as fun to photograph as they are to eat. White shortbread with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, then I top it off with a Hershey kiss. Delicious!
